Exchange / Return Policy

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

*Due to the nature of our bath and body products - these items ARE NOT eligible for exchanges / returns

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@divinebathandbodyshoppe.com and a member of our customer service support team will contact you as soon as possible.  

 

RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)

Our return policy is active for 30 days after your confirmed shipping date.  If 30 days have gone by since your shipping confirmation, unfortunately you will be ineligible for a full refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in it's original packaging and contain all original tags.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

You will receive return confirmation when your item is received and inspected. 

All approved refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note - refunds may take up to 7 - 10 business days, it varies with each financial institution.  

SHIPPING RETURN / EXCHANGE ITEMS

If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider shipping the package with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without valid package tracking.
